From day 1 already mentioned data center will not take off so fast as the infrastructure is not yet available. Building need at least 3 years. The energy and water also have not resolved for data center. So how fast stock market can go to support this initiative. All trapped at higher price. The market is creating a fake rally and many are trapped. So sad.

you are wrong about Data Centre construction speed---Real Delay is Authority approval ( need kopi money
from agent---nobody knows who they are ? Normally Gov officers are too afraid to ask kopi money nowadays.
TNB has atleast 30% spare capacity---and Selangor has atleast 35% spare Water capacity bcos 2 New
Dams ( used ground water in mining pool )started in 2020, completion 2025--2027-----as i said in KPS, it
will be main beneficiary as water chemical supplier to Mother Air Selangor ( even before DataCentre started
to get Hot )

It is funny u guys think the booming of data center in malaysia will benefit hdd. Seriously, who care about malaysia? Hdd has a global market and u guys think only malaysia when u make your investment decision in hdd company?

and hdd is irrelevant in ai data center! It is all about computing power!

It is inevitable all HDD players in Malaysia will succumb from poor setiments regardless international or local business. The stock melt up is occuring everyday. If international tech stocks landed into trouble ours will turn to dust. It is hapenning now !

Its a shame that a stock with prospects and with promising results as shown in the past QRs goes this low. Small retailers like myself have lost confidence, the funds/operators have overplayed it. Is the current price justified? I don’t believe so, but what I think doesn’t matter…

notion is currently trading at 8.8x PER based on last qtr results of RM20m profit..... the PER is pretty low, but the question to ask is whether he RM20m profit can be repeated?
If Q4 profit comes at RM14m (sale as Q2) then the FYE PER will be at 12.5x which is reasonable, or even under-valued.
In the last qtr results, the RM20m profit came with significant RM42m increase in trade receivable over the 6mths period. This is highly questionable.

Outlook Forecast (extract from Qtr results) :-
1) After three consecutive quarters of robust growth in FY2024, we anticipate the fourth quarter to progress at a moderate pace. (Does this mean the RM20m profit will not be achievable in Q4?)
2) This period of stabilized earnings will position us well as we prepare for further expansion in the next financial year.
3) The Board and Management are confident that FY2024 will set a new benchmark for both revenue and profits, marking a record year for the Group. (2023 was loss making year, and 2024 profit making so surely 2024 will be better year no doubt, but what is the forecast of Q4 2024??)
