I lost mtouche-or. I have 380,000 unit to buy mother RM 76,000. i don't want buy mother a lot money used. :( . next time if want buy or.cb.wb pls ask remisier or your experience the market.

@ Lim Kah Ming, yes, agreed with Winston1. basically, if you bought 100,000 units of OR, you are entitled to subscribe for 100,000 of rights (mother share) at RM0.20. assume you bought your OR at RM0.005 x 100,000 = RM500, your then average for mother shares would be RM0.205, which is as of now, still lower than the mother share price. but question is whether you are confident to enter 100,000 units for mother share or not. if mother drops further, then it might not worth to salvage your RM500, while it might more worth to just buy mother shares off the market. if you dont take any action by 26/10, you basically just burn your OR / RM500.

If one buy 100,000 OR @0.005 & subscribe for it @0.20, ie. total cost 0.205 per unit, u not only get 100,000 mother shares but also get free 50,000 of its new warrant C !!!

de-listing? sorry to ask about what will be the worst condition if it is to be de-listed? How about the MoU below announced in April 2017? RM2.6 billion is actually quite a handsome amount.

mTouche had recently forecast a possible RM2.6 billion in revenue from the contract to build, install and operate the SMART4 public phone and WiFi hub terminals in Thailand, the deal which is still at the MoU stage.
