U all understand how to calculate estimated roughly or not 87k Hect wth 42% palm ages over 20 yes.
Replanting will effect productions n inccured huge cost.U understand or not the replanting just itself till first 3-4 years @young immature process n cost for RSawit.
NO SCHOOL t's not about comparing Gold or CPP s.o it's problems small plantations are facing.
Anyone just tell me what is Replanting?

@your,I did study bit about FYR of some good PLCs shipping businesses n most of their FYR are considered good.
M&G current px are good for investments n risk are low too.Noted there r quite a good interest but not
continuously . Based on my observation,my guess accumulation at low.

My only concerned about Sabah counter related to mineral is Sabah current n ex KM banyak kuat rasuah.
Lagi cerita slogan Sabah Maju but Sabahan know better about the difficulty in Sabah .However the ex KM kaki rasuah managed to escape where as the current boss still denied wth the help of Malaya Gamin.😎

@your, experience , technology n good team of management makes difference and productions cost take into account.However gold are about top choice of long-term investments cz the ability to provide security n return to investors.As for Niche ppl buy to speculate too much cz it's cheap.
Good things are not cheap but cheap things are not good only sometimes apply but not everytimes.
My views if too speculative is not good but cannot compared wth AUMAS cz the bosses n trustee show good interest much earlier which are not happening in Niche.
Since Niche just started their mining n not know the production n cost n FYR my rating is 3/10 compared wth ,AUMAS 7.5/10
