NEUC X Dynabook

The relationship between New Era University College (NEUC) and Dynabook Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Dynabook) started before MCO. Our students have been trained and given opportunity to become the judges of Eduspec Robothon Malaysia in 2018 and 2019.

Fast-forward to the 2nd week of year 2023, with the signing of MoU today (12 January 2023, Monday), both parties shall cooperate further in generating ideas, enhancing technologies, and skill sharing to strengthen STEM-focused education programmes in Malaysia, primary, secondary and tertiary educational level.

If collected 10000units at RM150 . How much more do it need to top up after consolidation due right issue ? and the final outcome number of units hold ? Pay more , get less ?

Say if u bought at last traded price of Rm0.24 ytd, u will entitle to 6 rights (OR) n u can start to sell yr OR on next Mon if u dont wish to subscribe so.

At current Ex price of RM0.09, yr cost of 6 OR is RM0.24-RM0.09=RM0.15/6 = RM0.025 per OR
