In my opinion, the gearing now for the son ard 2.8, in term of %, i would say the son will be up at least 2X... if mother up 10%, the son shall up at least 20%...

d exercise price for son conversion (1:1) to mother is 1.38! as d son price now is 0.68 d mother's value will b 2.06!

Since Kgb win 1 project which is worth their 1-year revenue last year.

If looking at estimated annual eps of 10 sen which is easily achievable within the fy22 based on the order book and more projects secured for the rest of the year, at tech pe ratio of 60, this share is easily worth rm6.

Market has priced in majority of the tech stocks and they are hovering at pe of 60 on average. Kgb has been severely underestimated and underpriced by the market. But with full disclosure of the projects, this share will continue to fly.

There won't be any cheap units after today. Kgb is now officially the most undervalued tech stock in bursa right now. Their forward revenue projection is worth over rm750 million for the coming year which doubles their entire Fy21 revenue. Reference :Kenanga report.

Good solid closing with weak hands taking profit understandably towards the end. I foresee a huge gap up again on Friday and won't be surprised to see kgb touch 2 next trading session as more people digest the news that the doubled annual revenue is a reality not just management talk.. I recall same thing happened with Genetec once they show hand with their incoming year order book.

Kgb won't stay long under rm2. I think Kenanga tp of 2.50 is way too conservative. I forecast a TP of rm6 based on pe ratio of 60 on forward earnings which is the norm for tech.

Kingbeast... Confirmed orders are rm765milion for the coming year as already disclosed. Plus another 400million in the order book for the year after totalling rm1. 1billion. Basically confirmed orders are double the previous year.
Using an achievable quarterly earnings of 15 - 18million (which is double the previous quarter earnings) , that will amount to around rm65 million earnings for the coming year. Eps 10 sen at pe of 60 equates to rm6 share price.

Their order book is very good for next year.

I hope they can execute properly as their business nature is by collection everytime a single project was executed.

Furthermore, 100% operation resumed in august. I’m pretty sure they will report good results by next year.

Somemore, they are riding on semiconductor for wafer boom. Good thing about wager, the technology always changes hence more projects again for KGB

I Can’t think of any threat for kgb for now except covid and downtrend of semiconductor. Which I think very highly unlikely.
