2 months ago, RHB IB also upgrade UEMS from 40 sen to 80 sen before the counter shoots up to above RM1. Will this also happen to MRCB?

Most people who bought the share at below 45sen in past 3yrs had probably sold off when counter hit 60sen. That’s why volume is very high in last 5 trading days. Whoever collected it will no longer sell it cheap since their entry cost is likely near 60sen & above.

Cynthia, if you see UEMS trading & rising pattern, it is repeating now in MRCB. Anyway, this is a safe growth company to buy & hold. Just wait and see. I won’t be surprise if it goes above RM1 in next few weeks. I will probably try sell my shares in UEMS and buy MRCB tomorrow.

MRCB, KTMB and IJM have big advantage. All these companies connected to Government. They need green light to proceed to tender. Meaning Govt already indirectly approve their consortium. Berjaya Rail is also 30% related to future Agong/ Sultan Johor.

If HSR connects to KL Sentral, then big change of valuation for MRCB. MRCB already secure redevelopment rights of KL Sentral at RM1billion.

There is a high chance MRCB will touch RM1 in a matter of time. Same trend like UEMS. Just careful not to be trapped into selling. If want to buy, better start now.

Stay safe guys. If ROI is good enough then may consider to take profit and switch to other laggard stocks. Avoid greedy and over bullish. Undervalued and laggard stocks r good to switch and invest for mid long term, but again, we don't be greedy is the key to success. IMHO. Cheers.

MRCB, BJLand, IJM and KTMB to bid on HSR project. This Wednesday new Agong will be appointed which is Johor Sultan. Surely this project will go on this time and most likely MRCB will get this project as BJLand is Sultan Johor related stock. Let see how it going thos wednesday
