HSR will only become financially viable in 70 years
Financial failures have been the case for most HSR projects since these started in Japan (1964) and Italy (1970) and it is difficult to see why our HSR system would perform otherwise, especially since the underlying passenger volume required to make it viable will not be present for the next 70 years.
Since when public transport/heavy infra is viable in short term? PLUS project tooks many years to be profitable. No government money needed. And since when PPP projects took all bank money. Please study all PPP project ie plus, ports, medical device, meds supply.
Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) is currently the project delivery partner (PDP) working on the LRT3 project. Hence, this could improve the order book for the company.
Good sharing. When everyone is feeling bullish, surely have to take extra precaution before making investment decision. 0.30 → 0.6 = 100% ROI. 0.6 → 0.75 (if come true, when? +25% errrr)
If so. Near term upside shld be limited abt 25%+-. After hitting 0.75 then how again? To sell immediately or wait? Another highrt target I suppose? 😵 Any idea?
Buy hold sell..whatever it is make sure all to earned ya. MRCB promised a good growth this year. Upcoming projects and earnings wil improve its financial books. Believe in MRCB and stay its course👍
HSR wil move on as plan possibility there wil be adjustment. Previously was very embarrassed coz on-off on-off decisions and payout due to cancellation. HSR is a go soon😉
