At least 121-140 mil shrs as shown in the Top 30 holders are MARGINed...that's just 56% of the issued shares shown in there. If extrapolated to the entire holdings, that works out to anywhere from 220-250 mil shrs margined...perhaps as high as 75-85% of the entire issued cap subject to FORCE SELLING!!!

just saw page 108 of their recent Annual Report.. 1.2B worth of properties clasified as inventories but registered under JV partners name. So they paid 1.2B to their JV partner but title not registered to YNHs name. what accounting is this. can someone advice.
