Difficult call. The GenB kickout I initially thought wont happen, later on it happened.

Too much money billions at stake here. Big pharmas have many decades of strong connections / influences infiltrating deep into the entire pharma industry food chain including regulators, lobby groups, KOLs in professional groups, etc.

Taurx very small company very limited funds to do PR / pay off industry KOLs via sponsorship programs etc. The big pharmas will surely try to sabotage us. Look at the list of stakeholders involved for NICE decision: Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England, Patient carer groups: Alzheimer’s Research UK, Alzheimer's Society, Dementia UK. Professional groups: Association of British Neurologists, College of Mental Health Pharmacy, Royal College of Physicians, Royal College of Psychiatrists. This stakeholder list is not even the main MHRA decision.

GHK was RPT from GenM to Lim family over 10 yrs ago at a very cheap price, that GHK RPT was detrimental to Genting listco then. LKT always looking for ways to shortchange listco shareholders. LKT kena bad karma eventually GHK went bankrupt. Ha!
