I can relate to your sentiments where stock that we buy just do not move this few day. however, E&O is not a speculative stock. It is not a trading stock and short term but rather medium to long term. You will then reap the benefits.........
Pls think deeply in the 4 exchanges I have mentioned.it will soon be crucial to depend on. Deia as I mentioned many times is a long process. A lot of due diligence required. However I would like to caution the recent sandiwara shared by the boss. For those who followed would know who the boss is. While the boss manipulate it one way, some of my writing does it the other.

This type of leadership is one which circumvents what ever situation by finding solution which can be clearly seen by followers and investor. Another piece which I mentioned very much earlier was the correlation of Tham to Liew whereby apart from helming their respective company, PNB also needs to avoid the same situation of Liew's contract ending and lack of leadership in Sp Setia during the last 1 year before he left. In that, PNB indirectly answered with the 2.90 offer followed by the justification by Tham and Sime.
Now, what I am suggesting above is PNB is doing a correction on the mistake they made with Liew and Sp Setia. While PNB is correcting their mistake, it does not mean Tham is a piece of log, sitting there to accept any offer made by PNB thru Sime. Ask yourself, what would you do if your first wife left and divorce you and took some of your savings and assets? You will definitely do a prenup if you get a second wife right? The prenup is the deal!! That is all true but what if you second wife is also savvy like Terry Tham is in business? Would she accept just any deal you put in prenup? In this case the deal thrown to Terry is worthy of him giving up his early retirement but yet he is already 61 year old. So being 61 and planned your retirement only to give up is something worth looking at!
however not embark on too ambitious projects. As long as projects which are within their expertise and does not strain their financial resources, it should bode well for the future of E&O.......
Fact 1 EnO targeting 1.2 b this year ie financial year end Mar 2015 without Stp2 factored in Fact 2 all their overseas partner from mitsui, to maple to Abu Dhabi etc are running its course. Refer to my link yesterday where foreign funds are buying property shares in Malaysia and still considered a growth and cheap Fact 3 stp 2 is valued at 25 billion in GDV . Reclaim 2 to 3 years and broken into phases. Within that phase it's more sub phases. Base on this fact, EnO funds maybe sufficient to cover the reclaim as it's not done at a single leap. In addition note that whatever property one buys today will also take 2 to 3 years to complete. That's why the unbilled is always there. In EnO case it will take 2+ 3 years = 5 years to complete earliest phase. However from then on, it will be one after another in phases launching. Imagine 25 B divided by 2 and they can do approx 2b a year for 12 years just for Penang STP alone. Have not factored in London, Iskandar with PIV,
