Prop company usually have NTA / Share price around 2-3.6 times, with Gamuda being the only exception, invest safe

so sunsuria NTA 1.05 = .29 ~ .575, which justified the current price

Fair value for this counter is 1.12, slowly it will move to the fair value. The company already ventured to healthcare business which make Sunsuria different from other properties counters.
