Bodoh je pos laju , sack staff jual vehicle, klu postage x Jalan , buat lah pos food , pos move , pos wallet etc , xtau berubah , tunggu gaji saje .kan dah ada manpower, Ada semua facilities , Fikir kan mcm mane nak survive , bukan tunggu mati zzz

Simply announce freeze on increment, no more benefits and salary cut.
New intakes will be offered RM 800 per month without any benefits and 18 months contract period.

You just need to go Post office and also look around at their premises. Then you can see how many problems! And you probably can predict the biz level. In real biz environment, i don't know how many branch managers going to be sacked!

Look at the charts 0f TA today. The market has already anticipated this loss in QR because they know what is happening. Looks like current trend resumes still.

the company is very inefficient and has relatively low productivity. it cannot compete at all. it used to be government owned and should have remain so. just like civil service. you create jobs to many unnecessary roles but that's what government are for. provide some safety net for those who fall through the cracks of a free competitive capitalist market.
