Can understand why Ancom came down to below pre annoucement level.Although Ancom did not directly benefit from the S5 deal, the valuation of its stake in Ancom Logistic had increase substantially. Ancom logistic had gone from 8 cents pre annoucement to 45 cents now

Results not good partly to consol Nylex results, and also final write-off for media division following Thai partner accounting treatment. Thai partner is also public listed so need to follow their accounting.

With media zero book value, and restructuring ongoing, better days ahead for Ancom. Have faith in the management!

Bonus warrants is 1 for 4?
Assuming warrants traded at 10 cents, that would reduce cost of Ancom
Shares to 72.5 (If buy at 74.5). Worth a gamble?

According to Bloomberg warrant pricing model, the warrant assuming mother share at 71 sen is around 25 - 28 sen, if conversion priced at par. Their circular mention priced at 5% discount possibly, so warrant maybe worth 30 sen at least, assuming mother share above 71 sen.

Not bad at all, get 30 sen angpao for every 4 shares held.

Guys,simple calculation..S5 RTO AncomLB and Ancom owned 40%++ of AncomLB..let’s say completed RTO (shouldn’t be fail bec appointed Tan Sri and engaged advisor).This 40%++ holding will translate into 4-5%.
Keep it simple now S5 value at RM900m and 5% is RM45m.I think this is the reason ppl start collect the shares and not selling even the recent Q4 announced loss making...
Q4 loss making also mainly arises from write off media and NYLEX under perform...Basically the core business still intact...
Savvy investors shall collect Ancom now while it is still undervalue.Free warrant on the way as well meaning company award those investors who stay wit Ancom during tough time.
Above is my personal opinions.Cheers

Ancom is good

1. Because for every 4 shares it will be giving one free warrant. Date to confirm is 12th August

Free warrant expected to trade around 28 sen

2. Ancom has disinfecting business by entopest. It also convert ethanol to sanitizer from its 48.95% subsidiary which produce 5 million litres of ethanol a year

On Aug 10th Malaysia and Spore will open cross border exchange of people

Since Govt implement compulsory face mask on 1st Aug (Prestar up due to face mask)
Govt might might it compulsory for all kastam, buses, airline and other building to go for sanitisation (good for Ancom/nylex)

3. Best news
Ancom subsidiary Ancom lb now going Rto with S5.
Myeg once bought 10% of S5 for Rm90 million
So they value S5 at Rm900 millions

In this exercise ancom lb will be given to S5 by ancom in exchange for 4% to 5% share of S5

If 4% it will be Rm36 millions windfall for Ancom

If 5% will be Rm45 millions

Ancom last qtr lost was also due to impairment mark down of goodwill. Just like Hlt, Careplus and esceramic. Future qtrs expected to improve as ethanol sale will be great and feed cost for chemical will be less.

Target Price for Ancom now raised to Rm1.20 to Rm1. 50. Longer term will go above Rm2.00

After medical glove theme

Face mask ppe there

Now will come Sanitizer theme

Rgt bhd was 23 sen buy call. Now over 50 sen

Hexza up from 70 sen to over Rm1.50

Ancom will now come into focus

So buy Ancom at 92.5 sen now. Can expect Rm1.20 to Rm1. 50 when all good news are out

I think investors start realized the actual value of Ancom.Beside today most of the chemical manufacture companies limit up.I believe tmr Ancom shall move higher as in their products demand is there.
After clean up the company book,coming Q1 and Q2 shall see the sexy numbers and that could be the reason institution started to accumulate Ancom.
Be prepared,the next rising star Ancom.

Ancom sells ancom lb will get Rm60 millions to Rm70 milions

After that S5 will RTO shell of Ancom lb and give Ancom 4% of new S5 shares on listing

Since MyEg bought 10% of S5 for Rm90 mil the benchmark for S5 is Rm900 millions

At 4% will be Rm36 millions

At 5% will be Rm45 millions

All in gain expected to be Rm80 millions to Rm100 millions

Ancom target price will be RM2.00
