Why? Because the price is overvalue then statement came this stock was overvalue. If they post news just for their own profit then people started to lose trust in them already. The stock was up for a time, now is distribution phase, after start collection phase will start again. Stock cycle.

Bursa stocks always like this. Firstly the stock being start goreng due to superb results. After goreng halfway, there will be some 'bad' news come out and the share price must do a mini crash and bilis will start to panic and dump. After a few weeks you come back and see the share price already hit record high.

Last time lionind, ucrest, muda, topglov also used this technique to ditch out retailers. All of them gained 50 to 100% in a few months after the mini crash. Ucrest operator so far is the most psycho one.

Buy on weakness. Nothing change on it core business fundamental, aggressive cost cutting is still on track. Within ONE day, all people so fear, urge for profit taking. Once it stabilize, big operator will buy back to filter out all small day trade retailer out. Be steady & patience. Next Qtr result earning will be on track and improve.

TM active, falls 5.84% on negative technical outlook

CIMB analyst Nick Foo observed that TM's share price has surged more than 70% since the stock's latest quarterly financial results showed better-than-expected earnings.

"We think that the recent spike in share prices has fully reacted to the said unexpected performance given the negative divergence formation on the indicators," he said.

He pointed out that both moving average convergence divergence (MACD) and relative strength index (RSI) are starting to decline, which is in line with the price movements.

Traders may want to sell the stock now, with a stop placed at RM4.70. A break below RM3.91 would send prices down towards RM3.47 next," he added.
