As compared and matching with recent trend, usually last moment push up a usual signed that the stock will move upwards tomorrow , but I noticed the reversed of it with most stocks in the final closing hour pushes up but by tomorrow it retreat again ! Its quite difficult to assess now .

as long as it stay above 1.62 until market sentiment better. nothing to be scared. Today candlestick is bullish piercing pattern. Exactly at the middle of the previous day candle. Hopefully the chart is correct.

All company all industries facing price war now. Nt only chinwel. Shudnt be a prob i think as long as the company continue has a gud fundamental it can withstand most of the crisis.

IV RM2.60 is a bit on the high side. Annualizing its current quarter EPS would result in 24 cents per annum which following current PE of 11 would be RM2.64. However given the crisis in Europe and uncertainties globally and locally, i would discount is to 20 cents which with a PE of 11 would result in RM2.20 which is achievable. Personally my conservative TP is RM2.20 which is 20% more upside.

i think chinwel can go more than 2.6 becauses i give it higher PE due to dividend policy. Company with dividend policy 40% deserve higher PE as it give back more rewards to investor.
