Passenger growth double every ten years, and airport is a safe way to play the airline market. 7.3x EV/EBITDA is laughingly low when it has long runway in growth.

If you see the what the airports in other countries are trading at, you will know what i am talking about. Auckland International Airport trades at 21 EV/EBITDA and Airport of Thailand trades around 28 EV/EBITDA.

Airport tax in Malaysia is also one the lowest. Just imagine if regulator suddenly allow Malaysia Airport to increase the tax fee.. couple with the growth in passenger growth and some growth in retails market..

Not to say this company has been lowering debt and if debt is fully reduced to their target amount, expect more dividend to come through!

Airport, Airport, Airport. Concession Agreement renewal uncertainty coupled with Foreign Fund selling sentiment took it to a recent low of 6.60 due to knee jerk reaction. With the Concession Renewal Agreement signed and sealed, it should head back towards ~ 9 level Fair Value with some turbulences along the way.
