Luster make some amendments on the result announced earlier:

Amendments were made to the following items as reflected in the financial results template announced on 24 November 2015:

1. Profit/(loss) attributable to Ordinary equity holders of the parents should be: FY2015 for individual quarter: Current year quarter is (RM1,461,000) instead of (RM2,171,000); for FY2015 Cumulative quarter: Current year to date is (RM3,529,000) instead of (RM4,239,000).
2. Basic earnings/(loss) per shares (Subunit) should be: FY2015 for Individual Quarter: Current year quarter is (0.09) instead of (0.08).

Amendments were made to pages 1, 2, 3, 13 and 14 of the unaudited quarterly report for the 3rd quarter ended 30 September 2015 which was attached on the announcement released on 24 November 2015:-
1) Page 1
- Accumulated losses as at 30 September 2015
- Non-controlling interests as at 30 September 2015

2) Page 2
- Loss for the year attributable to: Owners of the parent for both individual quarter and cumulative quarter current year to date 30 September 2015
- Profit for the year attributable to Non-controlling interests for both individual quarter and cumulative quarter current year to date 30 September 2015
- Total comprehensive loss attributable to Owners of the parent for both individual quarter and cumulative quarter current year to date 30 September 2015
- Total comprehensive profit attributable to Non-controlling interests for both individual quarter and cumulative quarter current year to date 30 September 2015
- Basic (loss)/earnings per ordinary shares (sen) for individual quarter ended 30 September 2015

3) Page 3
- Unaudited Condensed consolidated statement of changes in equity for the period ended 30 September 2015: Total Comprehensive loss for the year and As at 30 September 2015 for the following columns:-
- Accumulated losses
- Total
- Non-controlling interests
- Total equity

4) Page 13 and 14, Note 11
- (Loss)/Profit attributable to owners of the parent (RM'000) for both individual quarter (3 months ended) and cumulative quarter (9 months ended) for 30.09.2015
- Basic (loss)/earnings per share (sen) for individual quarter 3 months ended for 30 September 2015

5) Page 14, Note 12
- Consolidation adjustments for the quarter ended 30 September 2015

Yes. I read the TA's report.
Yes, It has a chance to goes up to 12 sen. But, when?
Please remember that the paid up capital of Luster is RM157,432,000, the number of shares are 1,574,320,000 of 10 sen each! With major shareholders in total only owned about 25% of the company's shares. The free float shares are huge.
The total number of shares traded for the last few days are too little to to build up the momentum.
For Luster shares to go up 1 sen is not difficult, but many shareholders will throw if the share prices goes up 1 sen, i sen up from 8.5 is 11.76%. A good margin for investor to cash out.
