why relate coastal heavily with O&G? why not relate coastal with export company since they producing and export ships?

Coastal proves that share market price do not always goes up with improvement of profits or fundamental of company. Have a look at the EPS and NTA over last 5-10 years, and compared it with the share price. Not everything is absolute, in share market. Profit growth does not guarantee share price up.

I dunno, but based on their past performance i conclude that management team are working hard to ensure net profit margin sit above 20%, increasing revenue, more is p/e damn low compared to peer. alam p/e is 7.71 while coastal only 6.17. They also have hard cash RM300++M (but cant beat jibby RM2,6bil hard cash) in bank LOL. seems that the management know how to do good business which i like. but for invest, ur money u decide.

The management already foresees the crumbling of oil price, but they see more opportunity to secure more contract.
