To me if you hold Financial assets at fair value through profit or loss (marketable listed company share) as current investment then you need to mark to market every quarter P&L gain/(loss)

But if you hold a listed company as an associate company then you equity account for the share of equity every quarter. And in P&L share of profit/(loss) of associate company.

Insas still hold 537,008,575 inari share (associate company) and equity account in Balance sheet as non-current asset associate company.

So imagine if next quarter Insas use fair value account on 537,008,575 inari share then what will be the Gain on remeasurement of previously held interest in Inari?

One thing I agree with geary is there are many "kisiao" people in i3. Better make sure you are not one of them.

Definition: Intrinsic value is the Present value of the investment of all the expected cash flow over the lifetime discounted at the appropriate discount rate.

Intrinsic value = (CF1/ (1+d)^1) + (CF2/(1+d)^2) + ----- +(CFn/(1+d)^n)

Where:
CF = Cash Flow in the Period
d = Discount rate
n = The period number
This Intrinsic value is actually a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
Example of intrinsic value of INSAS is then the Sum of DCF expected cash flow from varies business streams.
For INSAS assets rich case, it is my opinion that the liquid assets minus total liabilities should be added to this intrinsic value.
