This morning while Bursa is down Capital A rise in tandem with Singapore Airlines.

Capital A is undergoing significant restructuring. After issuing warrants and placement, AAG (the company) aims to reduce its share capital from RM4.05 billion to RM100 million.

This reduction will eliminate accumulated losses totaling RM3.27 billion. Meanwhile, Capital A’s share capital is projected to decrease by RM2.2 billion to RM6.46 billion, resulting in positive shareholders’ equity at RM492.8 million. If all outstanding RCUIDS and warrants are exercised, the projected shareholders’ equity would be RM1.67 billion following the proposed distribution and disposal of AAB.

Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd highlights anticipated gains from divestment, totaling RM10.8 billion, which is expected to offset the negative shareholder equity and help the company exit the PN17 status.

AAX after the acquisition of AAAGL and AAB the total borrowing and lease liabilities is RM 23,271,794,000 gearing 23.96 times.

Hence the question: What is the likelihood that AAX/New Aviation Group default on payment on current liabilities: Lease liabilities, borrowing, aircraft maintenance, trade and other payables, etc?

lease liabilities are something that used over time and over time, aviation business is generating revenue....how much is the total borrowings?

Dont expect those that attended the AGM give you the answer when you dont even bother to attend.

I posted many questions prior meeting, almost all are answered either during Tony presentation or Q&A.
The sincere communication shown by Tony and BOD are exemplary to other companies AGM.
Whether choose to invest in Capita A or not is personal choice.
The way the companies are professionally managed and the wiliness of BOD to communicate should be appreciated not brush off due to biased opinion.

Haha despite Bursa down by 4% today, happy to see another PN17 Capital A is making big progress. Capital A today climbs 2.34% today beating is brother AAX (1.33%) and Sister Singapore Airlines (0.44%). Nice to see Capital A made it on the Top 500 South East Asia Companies joining his sister Singapore Airlines down under…

Approval from bursa & SC and EGM in August. High court approval in Sep.
