1 sad thing in these forums are people calling others bad names etc .... i really dont no what you gain, and just think what kind of karma you are getting and distributing? I always say.... if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all.... words like konartist, dumbass, laughing to bank (whop would laugh all the way to bank unless you are nuts LOL) .... these are all words of insecure ppl if you ask me.... why cant we respect each others opinion and if need to debate do it professionally.... anyway thats the purpose of this forum right?? haha @Mikecyc .... calvin is also my godo fighting buddy :-) but professionally.... no name calling etc, but when I think he is not right, I call out professionally, and he treats me professionally as well.... no harm done even tho we have differing views ... thats how it shd be ..... theer are no lies, bust differing views from different standpoint and time. If I say TopGlove is a good buy..... well it will all depend when im saying it isnt it? If it was in 2020 its good.... but if it was in 2022.... is it good?? Mr.Market is watching can CapA exit PN17(Already postpone submitting PN17 regularisation plan to BursaSC for many times)?

My doubt on the proposed capA dispose AAAGL and AAB to AAX remain as below:

Referring recent announcement of divestment of The Group aviation to AAX

The divestment of AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd (AAAGL) is expected to give rise to a pro forma gain of RM4.69 billion to Capital A, while the disposal of AirAsia Bhd (AAB) would result in a gain of RM6.07 billion

I’m afraid the deal is a zero sum game. What The Group gains is AAX losses: AAX after the acquisition of AAAGL and AAB the total borrowing and lease liabilities is RM 23,271,794,000 gearing 23.96 times.

Question 32: External Auditor what is the likelihood that AAX/New Aviation Group default on payment on current liabilities: Lease liabilities, borrowing, aircraft maintenance, trade and other payables, etc?

Question 33: Company Secretary If a default happens; will the BOD of both CapitalA and AAX end up in jail for offences of Wrongful/Fraudulent trading under Company Act 2016 section 540 and Section 539?

My whole career is to teach my subordinates to be a better worker with up to date knowledge and be a better man.

I am pround my subordinate able to acheive their career advacement thro' their hardwork and lifelong learning. I feel I had done my job and I'm happy for them.

Likely the true state is -3.00 plus

so CapA today is trading at 3.87 a share for huge losses in Profit and Loss accounts

meaning 1 unit 100 shares RM387.00 your capital starts to decrease -RM0.01 daily.

I just park RM387.00 into my eWallet I get RM0.03 daily 🤣

Total opportunity Loss = -0.04 sen each and every day 🤣

CapA market price RM3.87 a share being opening price today.

sop Stony needs to issue shares and get free money from suckers.
Since Lessors cam just get back planes and no wish to be a sucker offering free money

so on assumption no suckers a Capital Reduction parri passu with an Earnings Reduction of 4 shares becomes 1 share is the likely scenario

so if like sslee sucked into AGM bought 1,000 shares.

sslee will face a Capital and or Earnings Reduction Ratio of 750 shares having a net 250 shares only. Be careful of the "and or" in legal contracts coz it always means double damages

Theoretically this meaning applies
if CapA is making losses of -RM0.04 a share in earnings.
after Earnings Reduction Ratio of 4X, sslee sucked into AGM will now be making losses of -RM0.04/4 = -RM0.01 per share.

Many people will break open champagne to celebrate a loss reduction of -RM0.03 now still heavily losing -RM0.01 per share in earnings


All gleefully happy and celebrating with CapA making reduced losses -RM0.01 a share after exit PN17 in1,000 years time with the Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve.

meanwhile I am making 6.5% ROCE on my eWallets alone. 🤣

SSLee and his old mate Balian were very excited discussing in AAX forum for the past four years, base on their conversations, bankruptcy for AAX were very certain. In the end AAX successfully out of PN17.
What is next for Capital A?

I am at shock and disbelif AAX creditors included non refund flight cancel passagers vote for a settlement of 0.5 sen for every ringgit owed under court arrange debt restruture plan for AAX.

The rest is history.
