It's always easier for companies to do Madoff style ponzi schemes compared to Investment management companies.
All companies need to do is to have crazy fans online scammers who will point at cashflows and claim can pay monthly plane rentals when cashflow show unable to pay plane rentals.
For investment companies the minute profits are paid out of new investments, Directors get arrested.
Hence Madoff style Ponzi schemes are rampant throughout the whole world.

Take a theoretical example where monthly plane rental is 1,000 where 100 is interest and 900 is principal.
Scammers know that people 100% do not understand cashflows so they point at net operating cash which actually only included the 100 interest.
If include the 900 principal CapA is bankrupt which Scammers smile and laugh behind suckers' backside.
There is no mercy by scammers and no mercy for suckers in this world

In an ironic twist of fate, patsies are always around to take the blame.
Going back to 2019 before covid. Air Asia was in deep financial trouble pending liquidation. Reason is never ever made a penny moving people due to using Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve and profits 100% came from selling planes.
Plane sale market disappeared completely in 2019.
Covid came and became rescued Air Asia.

For the Malaysian Fried Chicken company, "boycott" became the patsy completely ignoring the facts that company implemented Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve prior to revenue failure.
Tragedy struck and many outlets were closed. Totally unnecessary if use a proper Ryanair Yield Control Curve.
Reverse Marketing costs lives.

Santan reminds me of my staff.
Whenever I ask what's happening. She waves it at me and says it's finished. I am putting some thought and effort into it.
The thought and effort always transform the finished product to breathlessly excellent.

Santan had been done without any thought and effort.
Starbucks always tells you where their coffee comes from, Indon, Kenya etc etc mostly cheap coffee. Once a while only you get excellent Colombian for coffee of the day.
As is, you have no idea where the Santan coffee comes from.
If launched as Oxford with a proper backstory that it's a proprietary blend of South American and African beans concocted by 2 Oxford students to pass their exams will sell way better.

Another good example of Bursa does not approve anything is Serba case. Shareholders approve everything in general meeting and takes full responsibility whether good or bad. Bursa just makes sure full market disclosure had been make via circulars and announcements when appropriate.

CAPITALA has broken out of its 1-week bullish flag pattern with another positive white candle on friday, implying that the prior uptrend is likely to continue. Both Capital A and AAX have take off this morning. According to Magician Tony, Capital A is valued between RM 5 to 6 billion. With the estimated number of shares of 4 billion, Capital A share price would be between RM 1.25 to RM 1.50.
