So much talks by some analyst on ijmplant is a debt ridden company when the price is around rm2.00 but ends up takeover by KLK at rm3.20. Believe yourself judgement lah, not the naysayers even i have yet hold of Th plantation shares. Most important is CPO price.

Not sold its Bintulu lands actually blessing in disguise

1) It was just too dirt cheap to let go. Naim just sold its lands in Bintulu for 10X (1,000%) more

2) Mukah Airport upgrade will add extra value to Thplant lands as well

SO IT WAS A REALLY GOOD THING EPU BLOCKED THE SALE

NOW THPLANT SHALL GET A MUCH MUCH BETTER PRICE

Personally the pick up price will be 38-41.5 cents.Calvin just wrong in timing.Not all ASP price upward share up.Its depend whether the price can be substain few more quarter of high CPO price.

惠誉评级在报告中指，也预见来自原棕油替代品，和印尼所提议的削减出口税的压力。

大马基准原棕油现货价格，自今年5月每吨约1150美元（约4792令吉），降至6月的每吨约850美元（约3542令吉）。

然而，我国的产量仍低于正常水平，主要是冠病疫情的管控令限制，导致外劳短缺。
惠誉评级预计，我国政府会采取措施，改善油棕园的人力供应，但进展缓慢可能会抑制原棕油产量，从而支撑原棕油价格。
