KUALA LUMPUR: Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT) posted a revenue of RM96.60 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (FY21) down by 13.1 per cent compared to the same period last year.

For the fourth quarter (Q4) FY21, Hektar REIT recorded revenue of RM24.98 million, which is 16.2 per cent lower compared to the same quarter last year.

Hektar REIT registered a net property income of RM12.38 million for Q4, which is a slight increase of 0.2 per cent compared to the same quarter last year, while realised income for Q4 2021 was 185.5 per cent higher at RM3.21 million compared to the RM1.12 million recorded in Q4 2020.

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd should acquire Hektar..... especially right now Hektar's price is so cheap.....only 42% of NTA ie more than 50% discount.

My expectation:-

1. Dividend of 3 sen in Aug based in half yearly results (Q1 already made 2.92 sen)
2. If invest now, in less than 3 months, can get 5.5-6.0%.

They announced during AGM that they will go back to quarterly dividend, but then decided to do half yearly instead. Well I hope good half yearly dividend then.

Yes, QR shud be end of this month, management has committed to bi-annual dividend(see announcement), which means if Hektar achieves 2.5 to 3c this Q, 90% will be distributed, which means at least 3-4 cents div in Sep.

Most of the borrowings of HEKTAR are floating rate. High risk to enter if OPR raise again
