yaloh, i agreed with you because the quarter report show more than 500% net profit gain and the revenue gain more than 100%, if not this stock is a sick company or director make clean the account, impossible cannot jump base on it fundamental unless this is a un-trustful management publish nice account.
Dun ever see the company quarter result, if wan to see quarter result , see xingquen yearly eps also got 30 cents but still poor performance. This stock might be a boom- sign like megan second edition. Beware....

I saw their project - Taman Ehsan Jaya (Klang) project is almost completed. All the house has been done, now they are buidling the guard house, gate, road and longkang.
Reasons for Melati : - Earning: Take a look at previous quarter results. Its eps has been increasing steadily throughout the last 4-5 quarters. If we annualise its eps, it will be around 20 cents per annum, giving its PE < 10

-What is the main bullet for construction and property company? Yes, its land bank. Melati has 120 acres of land in Klang and 4 acres of land in Mukim of Batu and Petaling. These lands were bought at low price. If it to be reevaluate for its land value. I have no doubt that the NTA of this stock is more than RM 2. (current NTA Rm 1.46)
-So is there any growth prospect for this company? Definitely yes! Let's take a look at the annual report 2013 , page 18. You can see that the chairman of the company is very sure that the company will definitely do better in year 2014!

To be honest,I was expecting 3 sens after the May media interview with the ED. And was hoping they go put with a bang for FY end with EPS around 20 sens. Still around 16+ sens. Lower construction activities to be blamed.
I'm from Klang, and I know that recently Melati Ehsan is facing a lot of complaint from the resident in Klang. Melati has developed a project at Pandamaran Klang, and the project quality is super bad and delay for more than 5 months. Out of the 250 unit house, only 50 +/- house owner collect the key. The balance of 200 house owner refuse to collect the key. Now all the house owner is looking for DAP YB to help them to sue the developer Melati Ehsan.
Can you imagine, the retention wall collapsed even before the house has been handover. Would you dare to collect the key, if you are watching the retention wall infront of your house (less than 25feet) collapsed?
