Atrium has 5 properties in hand and capital growth tendency is low. Not in the radar. Nevertheless, it's distribute good yield in line Asian REIT.

Let's say u have 2 lots (2000 units) and a dpu of 2.2 sen is declared. You will get 2x2.2x9( less 10% witholding tax) = rm39.60

Dividend yield is calculated by dividing annualised dividend over your entry price. Let's say the annual dividend distributed was 8.8sen for 2013 and the average cost for the 2 lots bought was rm1.30. Your dividend yield would be 8.8/1.30=6.76%

That's gross dividend, before taxation. For net dividend, pls multiply by 0.9 = 6.76 x 0.9 =6.08%

No announcement. Few ppl read this paper. The amt of rental loss is about 6% of revenue, so quite significant.

Just to share the reply from the Atrium REIT Managers,

"The existing tenant for Atrium Puchong has renewed the tenancy for another 3 months commencing on 1 April 16 and expiring on 30 June 2016."
