^^^CRUDE OILS: DOUBLE BOTTOM REVERSAL?!!

Since my previous post "Crude oils: Testing a new low?" (Mar 22, 2020 2:45 PM), Crude oils has been giving us first evidence that a low SOLID BOTTOM is in place (USD19,22) that a minimum three-wave bigger reversal which is underway. We know that after a five-wave rally unfolds, a temporary, three-wave contra-trend reaction may follow; in our case, we are observing an A-B-C move in play, with possible support at 25,0 level or lower. Yesterday Crude Oil breaks significant support level, at 23,35, where former wave 4, and re-test low level (19,22).

Should this rock bottom level hold?

My Bets: Crude OIls closed at 20,11 yesterday. I believe a TURNING POINT from this bottom and to make a SOLID double bottom reversal.That said, if we see an intra-day rise from current levels and above the 23,35 level, then this would already suggest a low in place, and a turn already in play. As long as Crude Oil prices are back on an upward trajectory, we will seeing prices of O&G stocks going higher and much higher.

Let's NOT FORGET that any failure to make a NEW LOW could set the stage for a decent rebound for Crude Oil.

@Mabel thank you for your insights. Oil & Gas portfolios for short term, however if failed in these momentum, then it would turn into a long term investment. Dayang clearly a good recommendation from your past comments. Do you believe that Dayang is on the way down to 0.80cents ? coz u are targeting at the BUY price.

are you a Remisier anyways? besides oil and gas what other portfolios do you have that i can mirror in the small scale for long term.

I am thinking at this point in time, the worst economy is not here to stay yet but maybe in the next Q or so we might see some slow down of the world economy more effectively and how would that affect our malaysian stock market, HKG stock market and SG stockmarket in your personal opinion?

also each time i reply i have to cut and paste the Q or Response from that person, or is there a click and auto response method in this chat?

Breaking News from CNBC

Oil prices shed more than 10% on Tuesday, with investors apparently unconvinced that record supply cuts could soon balance markets pummeled by the coronavirus pandemic, though a predicted plunge in U.S. shale output provided some support.

U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude fell 10.26% to settle at $20.11 per barrel, having dropped 1.5% in the previous session.

Brent futures fell $2.14, or 6.7%, to $29.60 per barrel after settling up 0.8% on Monday.

company business is in providing offshore platform services and not oil production. what does oil price got to do with the company? whether oil price down and up still need to do maintenance as oil production will keep continue.

TOKYO (April 15): Benchmark U.S. crude rose more than 3% in early trade on Wednesday, recovering from a 10% slump the previous session on hopes for purchases by consumer countries for their strategic stockpiles on a scale not before seen.

U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up 3.43%, or 69 cents, at $20.80 at 2225 GMT, after having crashed 10.3% on Tuesday on fears that a record global output cut by producers would not offset plunging fuel demand hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, along with Russia and other producing countries - a grouping known as OPEC+ - partnered with other oil-pumping powerhouses including the United States for an agreement set to remove a total of around 19.5 million barrels per day (bpd) from the market.

Officials and sources from OPEC+ states indicated the International Energy Agency (IEA), the energy watchdog for the world's most industrialised nations, may announce purchases of up to several million barrels to buoy the deal.

The United States - the world's biggest oil producer but an even bigger consumer - along with Japan and South Korea have said they could buy oil to replenish reserves.

The U.S. Energy Department said on Tuesday it is negotiating with nine energy companies to store about 23 million barrels of domestically produced oil in its SPR, though such purchases would seem far short of what some producer countries appear to hope for.
