hohup very hard to play one la...come on la...now house price so high, low transaction, even midvalley also less ppl visit dy with so many mall coming up. Pavillion 2 and the condo ard it wont really be that well one la..except maybe the first few months...then sure quiet dy...just use midvalley (arguably the number 1 shopping mall in whole malaysia) as yardstick.
@value_trading, where do you find that Wong Kit Leong is disposing the Hohup? I can only find Mah Siew Kwok and Osmeti are disposing the Hohup in i3investor.com
WOng Kit Leong's disposal are indirect interest through Omesti. I think if no of shares/warrants sold if same as MSK, then it is thro Omesti. If only MSK then it is MSK direct interest
vanguard168 if the counter is worth RM 1 you really can collect n keep for 2 years a 30% return still very good for that matter even the warrant also can double easy
who is the new investor to replace Omesti . If Omesti still hold 56 million still consider a major shareholder why want to sell some should sell all la
HoHup is now one of the cheapest construction stocks listed on Bursa at the price of 71cts based on its latest half yearly eps of 6.2 cts ending 30-June 2017.
Under the joint-development deal in bukit jalil, Malton will bear the entire development cost, while Ho Hup provides the land and is entitled to 18% of the estimated GDV of RM3.4 billion. The project comprises a shopping mall complex, shop offices, office and residence tower.
These integrated development GDV 3.4 billion it is undertaking with Malton in Bukit Jalil will be able to generate at least net profit RM400 m based on its 18% share of profit to be recogized fully over next 3 to 4 year or yearly average about RM 100m.
The entire net profit RM 400m derived from 18% share profit in bukit jalil alone alrdy will essential translate into increament more RM 1.00 per share
kelvin..hng33 big time investor. Anyway, presumably when you ask "major" I take it to mean "substantial". If that's the case any substantial shareholder must inform the Co. Additionally, if directors buy/sell shares must also inform Bursa. If you go to www.malaysiastock.biz, it's a great site for info. Of course if big changes in shareholdings but below substantial level, these are not available unless they are directors. Hope this helps
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
