Really good result delivered even MCO & RMCO in 2020. I think mainly contributed by Batu Kawan industrial Park, job opportunities increasing, house demand especially affordable rage increasing too
valuation looks ok. wil start to buy some. Agreed with commemt above, the industrial park in batu kawan attracts lot of foreign n local imvestment. only issues is there are many competitors in the same area such as aspen, ecoworld and etc
advantage that Tambun has acquisition cost is lower and also they are more conservative. The longer the slump in property market, the better for them as it will kill off some competifors which are heavily leveraged.
The land cost is only RM0.2 to RM0.3 per sq feet while now they selling it around RM0.30 per sq feet. Imagine if property sector come back, how many profit they will have.
Tambun houses are mainly landed and selling well bcoz quite some foreign investment coming in nearby industrial part. These are more local genuine buyers who intend to stay and build their families.
@kyy, Tambun at Simpang Ampat is already a mature township. What do u think of the competition from Paramount and Ecoworld that aggressively launching projects near to Batu Kawan ind Park. Pls share as I m not a Penangite. Thks
