ok, let's take a 'wild wild guess' - just for fun only...

We (owners) want to do privates placement of about 40 million shares. Do we want to do it at a higher price or lower price? If I were the buyers, I would like to buy the share at the lowest price possible, right? So, what should we do? Alright, let's push the price down as low as possible to an extend where almost everyone goes away; but we have to be careful of not pushing it too low; otherwise, some people might just take the opportunity to accumulate a lot of cheap shares.

Now the share price is low enough...ding dong...ding dong around 20, 21, 22, 22, 23, 24 cents for quite a while, which is the all time low by the way. All those small fishes should be gone by now. It's about time to do the private placement and keep the price at around 20 cents. On the average we (owners + BIG DEALER !!!) spend less for buying all the shares from the private issued.

So, when will be the best time to make some $$$? well, since all parties are ready now? let's push the share price up a little bit to test the market....just testing...testing...we plan to gradually push it up a Little..then pull back a little...up a little...back a Little... then again up a little...

And one day...by market wills....We will do something "BIG" to make lots of $$$ together...but it might take some times, since market sentiment is weak now...let's take it slow...Not a good time yet.....

At the mean time, let's ask our small brother, DNEX to play a bit..no money??? Never mind, use some of the proceeds from the private placement to procure 30% of the PING share...OH, we must clarify that this is not the Microsoft PING; it is the PING petroleum. We are testing water with the energy sector now...we will play with HIBISCUS, OH, We must again clarify that it is not the NATIONAL Flower that we are talking about, it is the Hibiscus Petroleum as a matter of fact.

You see, how interesting? ...want to play together?...WELCOME...IT'S A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME WE ARE TALKING ABOUT...IT WILL BE VERY INTERESTING
