the NTA/share is aroudn RM2. the latest PE should be around 6 instead of 4 due to lower profit. Nonetheless, the gearing should drop to 0.52, which is the gearing bar for property counters. Above 0.5 will have stress on their cash flow. So, I just bought in some at 1.10. and plan to slowly collect. Other property counters like Tambun, GOB, E&O and CHHB might be interesting. Hua Yang is good but waiting for it to drop if it will.

Everybody rushed in to buy yesterday. Today, momentum lost. Everything back to square one. This stock looks fundamentally good, isn't it? Should up in the future, right?
5 years low is 0.9, that will be a strong support. Unless something really bad happen to this company, it should be supported at 0.90 technically. $$ to pay debt and for capital expendicture. As long as they have intention to grow the company, that's where our investment will grow as well. Their gearing will be at 0.52, acceptable range in property market. NTA is >RM2. PE about 6, not very very cheap price but at a decent PE. If property counter is up this year, it is a bonus. Most of them will be in red for 2015. Have to hold if u want to invest in this
Debt is still high around RM1.9 billion even after disposing Tropicana City Mall. When land sale to EcoWorld can be confirmed? What about land elsewhere? Tropicana is asset rich but poor in gearing. Read from Star Mah Sing is planning to use proceed from right issue to expand landbank. Can Tropicana sell any land to Mah Sing? What about merger rumuor news?
i don't think danny tan will sit down doing nothing on the debt as he is holding at least 60% of the outstanding share. Sooner , it will bring down to below 0.5x gearing. There will be more corporate news announce soon. Worst come to worst, he may get help from his brother Vincent Tan to have some share in tropicana thru berjaya land. Anythng can happen to bring down the debt level. It just matter of converting or flip the land into cash. Nothing to worry on tropicana as the price now is already bottom.
Wow, i didnt know he is vincent tan's brother. Silly me... Right now I think danny is holding about 70% of tropicana outstanding shares if not mistaken.
