cost overrun = risk of builders / contractors, once the contract awarded, by hook by crook builders/contractors need to deliver the building regardless how much cost increases later part.

he might be right to certain extend also ang mo tan, some developer got in house "kam sau tant" team & contractor team. if the developer falls under this category , then cost overrun might be of concern at later part

For those still following, continue to monitor. Grandma do not see this stock failing. It's a very simple view if one still do not see it, it's no for you. Better sell! Grandma's advice to all still believing in this share to see closely and do homework .

Grandma see Tan Sri Is hedging and selling. It's always very very positive when selling property vs construction or property development because there is no real cost to it. When Grandma called for a buy in LBS, that was for the same reason.
