Yeap, that's how serious they are......should also see the Danga Bay promotion last year. Whoever gets the sure footing in Landbank will be in good position. The business is not only conversion of GDV but also Landbank.......land bank can be converted with appreciation just like what Grandma said about selling of a completed and operational property.

actually, high end properties will be spared, which is cause by high end, with average price of 800k and above are normally hold by cash rich buyers.

the properties which will be massacre are DIBS buyer. in dibs, basically, u loan up to 95% of the selling price. at the same time, the developer apparently had factored in all the prices and, on the other words, they were selling the future price of the next 2 to 3 years. for example, a soho with DIBS IS SELLING AT RM 700 psf, while a condo is selling at RM 600 psf, at the moment.

thus, property developer lose nothing at thge moment as all their units with DIBS SCHEME are selling like hot cake.

the buyers, which start servicing the mortgage, might feel the heat, added that no tenant or the rental is way below the monthly mortgage.
