Result for kl hotel , office and Jen hotel not as good . Cannot compare with 2018 2019 margin .
Plenty of new.hotel as competitor . Growth limited . Everything have a fair price . We only look at a fair price and won't see too far . Unless owner take the business private and resist as a hospitality reit to benefit from the tax . Otherwise Shang is like a locomotive but will keep going

From past history looks like they will only announce dividend in this coming Aug. If they can continue to pay dividend by then the price should go up a bit
