suka suka proposed something and then suka suka cancelled it...(both also so call "in the best interest" of the shareholders. How about the expenses? don't think it's going to be cheap for all the advisers' fees..sounds ridiculous...
I guess they will keep. Buy back shares and distribute it again... I thinking if IGB give out special dividend, then Goldis shareholders also will get special dividend. Hope that IGB will list its properties again to REITS. When IGB does that, Goldis will up as well because Goldis holds 30.6% of IGB.
I hope that Goldis will give IGB shares as dividend, but I don't think it will be happened! Anyway, look at this article and I strongly believe Goldis worth more than RM2, maybe around RM3. http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/ptres/16693.jsp
the Goldis would be foolish if they dont give us special dividend when the results are good. How to have loyal shareholders if they dont look after us.
can we move in now , I did move in for IGB reit, but till today not moving and I was going at 1.30, now only 1.20, do not know whether can grab in for goldis?
Novandjan: it seldom move much which is good or bad depend how you see it. Got dividend-in-specie 3% this year. Company doing fine but stingy payout. Punter need not apply.
nova: I also sien see it always same price. But there should be one more dividend coming maybe at next quarter result maybe ?4sen or more... the net asset per share also 2.42 so can go up. But so far always ard $2. Pretend it is a fixed deposit of about 5% n don't look at it better.
