PRG is reacting to Q2 report today. Gap down opening. So is PRA gonna be the same when actual Q4 is reported? And the same for PHB??

Curent price are quite attractive based on 75% disc rate on nav. if management sucessful turn around & make profit. High risk = high return. At least with curent price down side are limited. Good luck all.

Yes current price is quite attractive and has been in attraction for quite long. Unfortunately discount factor to NAV for PHB did not come into play as many ppl have been expecting. Direction coming from pending Q4 will show clearly where PHB is heading. Meanwhile any new low is yet the bottom !

If you wonder why PHB rising now when PRGL is falling, it's simple. You look back in late May/early June. Look at PHB and PRGL price. PHB shareholders did not believe in the appreciation of the PRGL share price. Now PHB share price is highly depressed...even if we take PRGL to eventually stabilize at HKD1.00. So PHB prepared for a super worst case scenario. I believe there is room for it to now stabilize between RM0.55-0.60.

i think there is too many listed company here for the same business. it should delist some and investors interested in the company will only buy from that listed company.

i stay far away from lion-related counters.

reason: i never like the way lion group was run after i met them during a parkson presentation in 2008.

they gave me a too optimistic china projection, a biz model which is easily copied and the way how the malaysian ops r run gave me reasons to be wary of their china ops. thats why i did not buy any parkson bhd shares in 2008 or participated in pra 2010 ipo bookbuilding.

in hindsight, it was the correct move.
