Remember though that in 2011 and 2012 KLCI was a laggaer compared with regional peers. Also today there are signs of recovery in US, Europe and China.

only blue chip get strongly support by local government related fund, almost the 2nd n 3rd line stock already down sharply maybe down around 20-30%, l think only the local government related fund knew where is bottom of the KLCI, BUT CIMB still prediction the year end KLCl still can achieve 1840 point.

There are some good points raised here but warrant a deeper relook on other potential factors before we start convincing ourselves of doomsday. There is also a saying that if we start acting as if it is, it may become a self fulfilling prophecy.

US markets down with main reason being the impending uncertain US strike on Syria to take down the Assad regime who used chemical weapon on civilians.

On the comparison with regional markets, there is one more factor that needs to be taken into account since 2012 and that is investors' fear of GE with money sitting on the sideline which may mean it is hard to compare our rise and fall with regional peers.

We fear the GE, then the QE instead of worrying about the PE. Whats the next? Fear of WE? Anyway this thread is interesting now that we have branched from discussion on just this counter to other stuffs.

Daily RSI is approaching 'oversold' area which may indicate a higher possibility of rebound if there is no panic sell down. First support area around RM1.55 to RM1.58 while 2nd support at RM1.45.

@Newjune, i dont dare to collect, sold half of my portfolio but i chose to hold LBS.

Reasons not to collect :
1. US has not decided whether to have a war.
2. QE tapering not decided.
3. Our market is very dependent on US market...if US drops more today, you know what will happen tomorrow lah

to be frank,.,,i only hold lbs at the current moment(mid/long term)..my target actually is let it drop till 1.3-1.4 range to collect more,,,market now having too much uncertainty(ignore goreng shares)...i hold lbs because of their future prospective...added with some personnel emotion(I had fate in this stock..haha..)
