directors converted 10mil warrant shares, not buy from market lol. THey are prepare to sell in the market cos their converion price is so cheap. Making million of RM after selling this 10mil shares. Be prepare for price downward.

shouldn't be affecting now. ppl selling because of fear. but now TTM profit has already beaten last year quarterly result. after 3 months u guess how much profit can LBS accumulate? and by that time how much dividend it will declare again? just technically LBS is downtrend, accumulate might be a good strategy

Miketyu, don't worry will re bounce very very soon. Bollinger band chart is showing positive side. I would said is a cooling time period. As mentioned is a next circle transformation.

Special dividend of 0.06 won't help much. But the Q3 financial report might be help. So let's wait the Sep report come out. In BP the 1st lot of 600 units affordable housing is completely drawing. The 2 lot is coming out. So patiently wait for the profit result come out.

I thk yes, the price should be higher than the existing share price;

but there is the limit to collected! when collect to 75% will trigger the privatize mode!Now they whole around 68%~70%!! and I believe lim's family is using Esos Technic to increase their stake in LBS. so wait for the show come!

dividend or special dividend is a normal company practice la bro depand of earing! the abnormal part is lim's family use Employee option (Esos) exercise mother share which increase their lim stake in LBS. My share value and your share value depreciate la!!! and now they held around 70% stake~ If u is lim's family you wan the special dividend or the china asset which worth billion value?

RM 776,812,448 Market CAP = 70% (LIM's Family) RM 543,768,713
another RM 233,043,734 = to privatize and get the 100% china asset which is Billion value
CIMB rate LBS under value 70% suppose RM2.7~RM3 share price

who is the big gainer?
