Today dolomite share price at 13.5 sen has fallen below Asb share price at 14.5 sen

Dolmite is cash rich company? RM0.44 per share? He sold RM125M but the total company debt is RM250m and short term loan already RM224M. Do v need to consider it debt? update me if Im wrong
