Newspaper have no future . Don’t put hope on stock that has no fundamental and future
10 year ago, if I buy late the star it sold out. Now even aft 5pm, the star paper hanging at the store with flies around

No need to worry, company still profitable and cash rich at about 0.44 per share and NTA at 1.11. Major Properties held not revalued since 1990 or early 2000. No chance of going bankrupt. Operations is getting leaner and improving albeit in sun set industry.
With dividend of say 2 cents can continue to pay over 20 years. The DY is 5.7% at current price of 0.35. Just buy and hold on tight tight and treat as FD.

Dulu suka saya beli Star newspaper hari sabtu, cerita kat biz section no complain la biarpun not that perfect. Sekaramg kasi percuma pun saya tak mau. Biz section the star paper hari sabtu macam taik. Orang disana tidur. Article semua buruk. Saya ni amateur aje pun complain...siapa nak klau macam ni.

MCA has plenty of cash. They just don't want to use it yet. When those running for elections have bought enough, then they will use MCA privatise it. The gains will be for their funds for campaign purposes.
