only u subscribe right share through or, then u can get bonus share. or is just the right to buy right share, not the right share.

But what they propose is, if u buy 1 right share, they give u 2 bonus share. So if i buy the OR share, then after that i subscribe the right issue, then i will get the bonus also?

if u have mother share, then they will issue OR to you. if you don want to buy right share, you can sell OR in the market.

pls note tat OR is only valid for a short period of time. then you need to subscribe the right share based on OR qty, plus additional qty u want.

the OR qty is confirmed while the additional qty will depend on overall subscription. then the bonus shares will be issued to you together with the right shate.

hi smallvestor, sure you have enough time. in case you buy additional OR, you just ask your broker to give you the blank form and fill in yourself. If not, you can submit your form even before OR trading is closed.

Base on boss acquire share on 10 march, guess will up again tomorrow, and e.g.m. share right issue by tomorrow, i think bright future will keep on even last quarter not performed well, this year should be good....if anybody goto e.g.m., please share the info right here, thanks....

sorry, if u talked about warrant, warrant price will be adjusted accordingly. if u want to convert warrant to mother share, depends on the right share entitlement date, it is hard to say now.

actually last quarter not that bad as well. even eps 9 cent x 4. 36 with pe 10 it will be 3.60. THis is the cheapest price. i Think this year easily get eps of 45. will higher cpo and peak of procduction

Right issue likely to be priced at 1.89.
Those attending tomorrow can ask response to the two property launches recently i.e. TR Residence and Boulevard II with total GDV close to 600 to 700 million. It is significance to the level of the unbilled property sales .. earnings visibility. Cheers!

Post right and bonus issue, the liquidity of the shares will boost MKH value.

To reduce earnings volatility in plantation, it is a logical to move into downstream business. It will be good if MKH can boost up FFB production to ensure steady supply. Eagerly waiting for MKH to expand its plantation business. It is time to leverage. Happy Investing!
