MKH is a good company with solid management and biz. it's just unfortunate that now people are not interested in property and plantation (CPO price dropping). but strategic landbank in Kajang/Semenyih will benefit from future MRT and other big developers development there. plantation can reach 25mt/tonne during El Nino is nothing but spectacular. good for medium to long term investment

mkh shareholders can still sell their shares and buy OR to exercise. do some work can get you 2-3% in one month's time. extra return while waiting for company to bear fruit

Hi @Jay, thanks reply. U r right, shld have bought the OR at 5.00 yesterday. Today OR already increase to 5.03, still got 2% but not 3% *provided mother share not drop but maintain at 2.36.

Remember quickly send out the subscription form by pos register mail .The deadline will be 19/5. On 19/5 they must received the subscription form.

U can submit it via online or ATM..Save on bank draft charges, stamp hasil & postage etc... Pls refer to the prospectus for more info

Buy warrants better. At a discount now. Normally there is a premium for the mother share (RM2.48) but now only 88sen and plus 1.55 only RM2.43 so discount 5 sen. Quickly grab on Monday.

let say if i have 1000 shares, then i should have get 100 MKH-OR at cost of 5.25 for free right?
if i choose not the subscribe the right share the 100 mkh-or will disappear and i get nothing.
if i choose to subscribe the right share then i am entitle to buy 100 MKH share at rm1.85 per share, then what will happen to the MKH-OR? It will convert into MKH share izit?
and if i choose to subscribe more than the entitled 100 right share, then i still can get at 1.85 per share?

I received the right issue subscription form yesterday...

You CANNOT sell off your MKH-OR anymore!

You got 2 choice for your existing MKH-OR :
1) Do nothing
2) subscribe the right share by paying RM1.85 per share

Just something to share. Make sure ur subcription form is properly sent and make sure it is sent. I subcript for ioipg last time, and the form lost. So for this I dont dare to subcript and choose to sell off the MKH-OR. if the form lost, then i will lost a lot . haha. dont dare to take the risk.
