I think this time is different, economy crisis occurs like in 2008 cause market to down. That was without the property market stagnation. If market down together with over supply and low demand for property, stocks for property can go lower than in 2008/9. But of course the NTA was different then so similar discount in NTA then and now can be use as guideline for the low low price?
cheap is getting cheaper day by day. I believe end of year and new year rally is coming. I bet Trump will strike a deal with China and the overall sentiment of markets will be good for the next 1 - 2 months. Just have to get past the fed meeting on Dec 19th and then it should be good from there on.
silent88888..no need to be sad. You are not alone. Everyone is stuck with a counter or two. The last 2 years or so the market is so bad. Almost all counters down. As with all trade cycles,what goes up will also come down and vice versa.As long as your investment doesn't go bust, it will eventually goes up again.
