Brother Usri, this court case had been there for quite sometime already & it's now that it's mention in court. It's a long time case regarding Arbain...see the old story below..yes,KHSB had successful obtain an injuctuon again Arbain...so nothing to worry about...now this case hd been brought for mentioning on 27th March 2012.

The Board of Directors of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that pursuant to our announcement dated 11 August 2011, the Company had on 26 August 2011, successfully obtained an injunction against Arbain & Co. from commencing winding up proceedings.

Further development of the matter will be announced in due course.


So please don't simply spread rumors about KHSB cases..most of the time is KHSB suing the other side. Better to keep quite then to spread noises that you are not familiar with....read all the archives & history announcements before you write something because that a lot of members here NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO READ AT ALL.

Let me tell you all very frankly....all the cases are old cases regarding KHSB taking over the water supply of all Selangor.

One friendly advice to all is this....please don't simply write about KHSB cases with knowing the FULL DETAILS....keeping in mind that court case is not like what you see.If you want to make any announcements here, please look into the history & arhives announcements before you open your mouth lah...thanks

And one more thing...all these MATERIAL LITIGATION had been in the KHSB announcements before & long ago too but still KHSB shoot up from 37+ cents to the present level of 60 cents & 80 cents before.....so something must be on before people buy at almost double the previous price.

As I said there are 2 important factors that keep me buying & buying this KHSB shares.....once FULLY ANNOUNCED, those who had not buy will chase like a mad dog, hee, hee,,hee

Yes:Do read what has Chong wrote as this is a long, long case happened bygone years ago. At one time this counter reached RM1.20+ . PKR guardian of this Jewel State should excelerate and continuosly fight hard and defend all crazy political members from bring injunctions and disturbing the privation process.
