Spidyxero: yes, I only managed to buy 500k units at 0.135 in the morning, I wanted to add 500k units more but could only get 200k units at 0.135 in the evening. That is when I started to feel something is going on with PDZ.

3.3 Term and termination
3.3.1 The Agreement shall be effective from the date stated on the
Agreement, i.e. 17 July 2020 and shall be in effect for a period of
twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier by notice in writing to the

term of the Agreement to cover this or future projects on the same

• the insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganisation under the bankruptcy

breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement and fails to
remedy the breach for a period of thirty (30) days after a written notice
by the other Party, which specifies the material breach.

If you have experience in managing projects before, you should be knowledgable that there needs to be a termination clause to protect the interest of parties involved, especially against bankruptcy. This is normal.

If you don't have this clause, the other party can ride on your resources until there's no tomorrow without bearing any legal consequences.

But one of the big point bojed, they now still not yet have a land. All in planning, waiting Saninchi doing paper work to apply land and find relevant of the govn department. And landlord is whom? 234 aches land not a normal people can buy. Hope dr. Pang not like roti canai turn here turn there... Victims is us. 1. a new substantial shareholder has
emerged from the United States.

2. the Company is still in discussions for the provision of logistic services to e-commerce platform operators based out of Malaysia...

3. Syed Mokhtar is said to be eyeing a controlling stake in PDZ

Bonus: more than 1 billion volume on 8th July 2020.

Nickang84, I have a vision, I saw a big olden day lantern like the one used in funeral. But on the lantern is written the word 生. And then I saw a huge crowd of people in an outdoor kind of space. I don't know this vision is about what? Maybe about Pdz. I think this kind of like good vision because it have the word 生. But then I am scared to buy more, vision can be false too.

Vision and plan ? Why Johor ? E-commerce , mainly fast moving products right? If this what we are taking about ? No much of raw materials right. Anyhow, whether it will be coming in or going out via Airfreight or Sea freight , will Johor the right place ? It need to have an International Airport. Johor have competitive Sea Port but how about Airport ? Do this means most shipments will be coming from Singapore ? If so, if those goods are means for distribution to other south east Asia countries, why not just distributed from Singapore. Why need to cross to Malaysia ( which need to go thru custom and taxation with extra logistics cost of transfer ) . If the goods are meant for Malaysia market , then being down south ? why not choose a state or location who has an international Airport and Sea Port connectivity. It is because Selangor already have too many players in this sector ? Will being a Johor will give a fresh opportunity ? will it viable ? Just a thought ..
