K-AS-SETS has gone ex already, which means to say if u buy now(don't throw your hard-earned money into this), u r not entitled to the cash distribution. don't fall into the syndicates' trap. if only we small timer r more aware of the trap, syndicates cannot cari makan!!! avoid at all costs.

Regardless what type or kind , one still need to do proper homework , including Las Vegas players, ma !!!! Me, v simple , I play the 4 corners , my portfolio incl bluechip investment ; medium 4 yield ; short term fr speculation and "Las Vegas" contra at time like today on this counter, lucky came out with 20% profit with almost $20K but still required alot of my time to study hard , loh So cut crap n b simple , ok ya LOL LOL Hv great weekend n b safe ...........

Hey guys, today's new.....

PETALING JAYA: The share price of KrisAssets Holdings Bhd fell sharply to 11 sen, down 6.5 sen, after the property player reminded shareholders that it would not maintain its listing status. A total of 80.9 million shares changed hands.

The share price rallied on Wednesday to 23.5 sen after it proposed a RM2.60 per share cash distribution to be paid on Feb 6.

According to KrisAssets, the board had no intention to maintain its listing status.

“KrisAssets will be voluntarily wound up upon completion of the proposed distribution, and accordingly be de-listed by Bursa Securities. The shareholders of KrisAssets will then hold unlisted shares in the company until the completion of the winding-up process and be entitled to cash distribution resulting from the recoverability of the remaining assets (net of liabilities), if any, on a pro-rata basis,” it said in the announcement on Thursday. An EGM will be convened by the end of May, to seek the approval of the shareholders to wind-up KrisAssets and appoint liquidators to facilitate the liquidation process.

This counter will goreng until end of May before AGM....can play but be careful....take small profit only.....Monday maybe got technical rebound or down again but lowest can go only 0.06 cent
