Caution on mushrooming data center in Msia. Increased competition among data center providers could drive down service fees, creating a cost-effective environment for offtaker. These is evident by many rush to build Data center, but eventual offtake is lacking to commit long term lease as market is flush with many new Data center coming.

YTLP already completed 48ME hyperscale data center customize for SEA, but, SEA is very slow to commit lease payment with only staggering on yearly 8MW. Another multibillion Ai data center 100MW with Navida also is lacking of offtaker, with first 20MW still under prolong time to secure offtaker.

In additional YTLP 2year locked in super low gas price during pandemic time in Singapore also at tail end. earning return back to Normalize level.

The real big offtaker like Amazon, Microsoft, Titkok are building own data center instead of lease Msia data center provider
