Really can't blame Roger's conspiracy theories, especially when the market is quite about Puncak's news despite the completed water deal. Besides, anal-ysts are mostly have a wait n see attitudes on Puncak after the deal, giving out crazy target prices. All the while, Puncak board also keeps quite n not invited for newspapers' to discuss the 'future' blah blah blah...

Nothing can be done but to keep on holding n can hope my math skills are still good n no mistake was done in sorting out it's cash position

Puncak and KPS are both "stale counters" burning for one year now. You need to add petrol

Roger123, i can answer your question on FACBIND. if u look in FACBIND thread, i was very active there last time.

FACBIND became cash rich because it sold its steel business. Many sharesholders "expected" a bumper dividend from the sale, which was why FACBIND shot up last time. As time went on, hopes diminished, and slowly the price slided. Finally the MD put closure to the issue by declaring that there will be NO bumper dividend. That caused the share price to slide further. Worse, shareholders are disappointed that the cash raised was used to bail-out their bleeding sister company Karambunai Corp.

If you compare FACBIND with CI Holdings which sold its Permanis, FACBIND made 2 mistakes.
1) did not reward its shareholders with a special dividend
2) used the cash raised to bailout their sister company Karambunai

Puncak case is differnt than FACBIND case. Puncak MD said will return rm1/share as special dividend (last time), but FACBIND MD never said will give special dividend. Market only speculated FACBIND will give special dividend, until all speculation ended when FACBIND MD say NO special dividend.

For Puncak case, will Puncak MD keep his promise of RM1/share special dividend? Your guess is as good as mine. Nobody knows.

Will Puncak follow FACBIND footsteps or CI HOLDINGS footsteps? Look at the charts of FACBIND vs CI and you know what will happen to Puncak if there is or there isn't special dividend.

Puncak is a ISO9001 company so must reply within 2 weeks on dividend issue to comply
with ISO9001 standard. However Roger bomoh standard is " mimpi dulu "

Rozali might be a Umno's crony but still has to comply with Rule 9.03 of the Listing Requirement
on immediate disclosure of obligations ( on approved Dividend to shareholders). My take this week--Puncak got to make announcement on dividend date and Ex-Date
