No need to speculate whether there is Rm 1.00 special dividend.
It is a foregone conclusion that there will be a special dividend of Rm 1.00 mah.....!!
But the issue is after, the special dividend what next ?
Also when the Rm 1.00 special dividend to be paid loh ??

Puncak's price cannot be suppress for long, one day the price will rebound strongly once the special dividend entitlement date is announced by Rozali. By that time I expect to reap enormous return on my investment. Roger may say it is not a good move/ timing to collect at this moment , but I read it differently.

wiwangwang, the conversion means nothing... Given that Rozali hasn't moved yet, I would assume either there will be plenty of time for conversion after announcement or the payment offered to warrant holders will be fair

ks55, warrant holders are entitled to special dividend lah! Take a look at Kulim special dividend of 37.65 cents last year, the conversion price is slashed from 3.13 to 2.77, reduced by 36 cents.
