Rm 1.00 dividend for Puncak ....why the stock does not move up & sustain above Rm 3.00 ??

The main reason is market already discounted.....they are asking what next for puncak after the Rm 1.00 dividend ??

Although puncak has big value and it is undervalue....but people have no confidence loh.....!!

it will never be that low. Projected value at least 3.80. After 1 ringgit dividend , price be around 2.80. It's all depends. Puncak is put a road block because the ongoing news of acquisitions and etc. You name it.
PPl like Hng33 won't be here and keep buying it IF it's a lousy stock.

Puncak NTA Rm 5.00....after the Rm 1.00 dividend....NTA will be Rm 4.00.....!!

Share price now Rm 2.96....after dividend adj Nta Rm 1.96....!!

There is a big undervaluation here.....!!

Once market get the confidence....or oil price increase or when puncak come up with a concrete plan....then puncak can rerate strongly upwards mah.....!!

Need to be realistic with the expectation loh....!!

Raider is still holding puncak loh....!!

Mkt...has low expectation now....raider okloh....but when sentiment improve....it will jump up a lot mah....!!
